Effortless from clock-in to payout
Salarium Admin or simply known as Salarium is a complete payroll software that provides tools from transparent timekeeping, effortless payrolls, and to secure payouts. It is web-based so that HR practitioners and experts alike can easily manage and pay employees effortlessly.
Redesign objectives
Redesigning Salarium Admin was focused on transforming its looks to cater more to the new UI/UX trends as well as applying Google’s Material Design Guidelines. Throughout the design, the users, which are HR practitioners, are kept in mind in order to cater the design towards them.
Keeping in mind that HR users will be using the web app on hours end, we wanted to make sure that the processes and transitions were as seamless as we could possibly get them to. We also wanted to make the web app as intuitive as possible to lessen the confusion for newer users.
Retained Familiarity
Lastly, we wanted to make sure that the overall feel of the previous design of Salarium remains intact so that people are already used to the old interface won’t much have to relearn again when the redesign launches.
Even though the process of onboarding helps users navigate through the app, we also wanted to reduce the amount of effort for the onboarding agents by sticking as much as possible to the existing flows.
